Four Prenatal Visits to discuss your birth plan, review comfort measures, and get to know you and your partner.

Birth. Once contractions start, I will be available for over the phone support until we decide it’s time to call your midwife or go to the hospital. I will meet you and provide support throughout the active labor and birthing process.

Two Postpartum Visit to check in and help you transition into being a parent.

Extra Prenatal Visit

$50

A meeting in your home before the baby is born to discuss your birth plan, comfort measures for laboring, and getting to know you and your partner. Also, we may start getting ready for baby’s arrival by setting up a registry, installing your car-seat, and preparing the nursery.

Extra Postpartum Visit

1 hour
$50

A meeting in your home to help get you settle into the life of a new parent. Extra postpartum care consists of help with breastfeeding, soothing techniques, light housework, and bonding.

Daytime Doula

6 hour minimum
$50 per hour

Doula tasks during the day would include baby care, babywearing, light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, & tidying up), meal prep, practicing soothing techniques, and helping with feeding and sleeping patterns, outings such as park, storytimes & museums. Daytime time frame is 7am-7pm.
